  Take the tower down, use the boat to take out the chopper.
  There are many maps where the attack heli is nowhere near being as strong as on shanghai.
  Its no secret that very good infantry players stick to locker 24/7 or tdm/domination. Why only complain about chopper pilots?

  Yeah i agree about locker but there its only about infantry vs infantry.
  if there is no good pilot in one team in shanghai the balance can be messy..stingers and boat and aa mines cant work from the moment the heli can hide behide buildings off the map
  But i also agree that there must be 1 map that favours a vehicle(like scout heli in flood zone)..so be it .
  There are some really good balanced maps like zavod-golmud etc
  so im changing my mind lol

  I agree shanghai can be a pain when one pilot is much better, but there are ways of slowing them down and making them less effective.
  If they are hiding behind buildings then they arent getting kills.
  Taking down the tower reduces their kills, and the burst cannon on the attack boat can do a lot of damage.
  I like Golmud too. But that map is at the opposite end of the spectrum to shanghai when talking about the attack heli.

  AA mine are great on S.O.S, have two engineers with AA mines and smaw. Have one on each side of the building (very top).
  I've taken out a lot of helicopters like this - I've got 22 kills with the mines too.
  No need for the stinger - but if the helicopter is still a pain, team up with recon, engineer's and support
  Recon - paints the targets
  Engineers - blasting them out of the air with javelins
  Support - non-stop ammo
  If you do the above team work - there will be not a lot flying about after about 5 minutes - then they will quit rage..

  Yes, they're harder to kill on this map than others.
  1) Nothing a little teamwork can't solve.
  2) The better one map is for helis, the fewer other maps you'll be harassed by good pilots.
  Also, AA mines are toxic.

  Its usually this map where they have aa ban rules in place to feel good about 75-0 heli kill streaks. Lame.

  THIS. This right here cannot be anymore true. you have no idea how many servers i come across as 24/7 S.O.S and have Rules in place that they will ban you for using any sort of AA.
  Stinger? Banned. Igla? Banned. AA Mine? Banned. MG on Tank? BANNED(No joke i got banned one time for shooting down a Helicopter on Siege with the Tanks top mounted Machine Gun) essentially its. Your not allowed to attack me when im in the Helo or youll be banned. so you better let me dominate the game or else..
  oh and the even hilarious part of these rules. its ALWAYS the server host and his Boy Band in the Helicopters because their too chicken to have any sort of counter play but are perfectly fine with going 90-0 in a helicopter. i feel like rules like this should flag the server and have it removed.
  or better yet just let server hosts disable certain aspects of the game. but disable to many or make certain rules enabled and the server is set to unranked so that stats dont count towards your accounts record. and it will change back from unranked once the rules are softened. that way people can have fun without getting banned from the server and it prevents admin abuse.
  this is also one of the reasons why i think Halo is the Best shooter on the market. with its forge mode you can make your own maps and pick what people can and cant use. edit in crazy stuff like moving drop ships and gunships. add in destruction and even tinker with the game mode settings. which im actually about to hop on. just need to hop on FF15 for my daily QP and then ill be creaming people in warzone

  A well smaw or a RPG will take out a AH, players just need to get skilled

  Then they'll say dont play in rented servers if you dont like rules.
  I just can imanigine it being fun ruling the sky and ground with no challenge. Pretty much now when i join a server like that i whip the stinger out. Screw it, i get kicked at least maybe they got mad for a minuet.
